I’m really pleased to share that Veteran Magazine has featured Leadership Launchpad in an article titled “Leadership Launchpad Guides Veterans into Civilian Project Leadership.”
The piece highlights something I deeply believe: veterans have leadership, discipline, team, and problem-solving skills that are absolutely transferable into project leadership roles in civilian life. What often gets lost is how to translate that experience understanding the language, context, and expectations of corporate or project environments.
Leadership Launchpad exists for exactly that purpose: to help people bridging that gap deliver projects with confidence, structure, and real-world techniques.
